Every fourth British family spent more than 10 percent of its budget for electricity and gas. Many in the country are facing a dilemma: food or heating. London seems powerless to deal with so-called “energy poverty”. Problem this is dedicated to the analysis of radio Deutsche Welle. Labor had promised that by 2016 there will be a British family, which falls into insolvency because their bills for electricity and gas.
