Toyota Motor, the corporation, which withdraw more than 8 million cars because of the failure of the braking system and is considering to withdraw its hybrid model Prius, because of problems in the computer system that controls the operation of the brakes, Reuters reported the dealer company asked not to be cited his name. Agency sources say that in the coming days there would be a formal communication of the corporation. Moreover, the Japanese newspaper Nikkei reported that the company is considering to withdraw from the market and of model cars Sai, and the hybrid version of Lexus, using the same braking system, for which they have already withdrawn 8 million cars of Toyota. Nikkei adds that the company plans to not only solve the problem by replacing the detail of the system, but also making new programming information system, which controls the braking mechanisms.
At the end of last month, Toyota announced it is considering to withdraw from the market model and the Prius – the best selling car in Japan last year.
